Order your flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants from our nursery, and we’ll deliver them to you at the same time we install them. (We can also deliver products you wish to plant yourself.) It’s just one of the ways we're making turning your greenspaces into dream spaces easier than ever.

Marshall's Nursery Limited Warranty

Nursery live plants are 100% guaranteed for 1 year (excluding Roses, Perennials & Japanese Maples) from the initial purchase date. Good care and maintenance must have been provided (ie: proper planting and watering). Invalid if planted by 3rd party or if destroyed by insects, disease, animal or natural disaster.

Warranty on Roses, Perennials (Grasses) & Japanese Maples good for 90 days from the initial purchase date. No warranty over winter.

Shrubs, Evergreens and Trees 100% guaranteed for end of year then 50% guarantee for remainder of 12 month warranty.

Replacement will be same product as returned or store credit.

Warranty applies to product not services (delivery and planting)

Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided.

No warranty on sale items.

No warranty on contractor sales or third party plantings.
